RETERRIA — Cancellation & Refund Policy
Confirming your booking
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your room. This deposit holds your place and confirms your spot at the retreat.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 10 August 2026 — one month before the retreat begins.
If your plans change — our cancellation terms
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. Here is exactly what happens at each stage:
Cancel within 7 days of booking
You receive a full refund, no questions asked. This gives you time to be completely sure before committing.
Cancel between 8 and 14 days after booking
You receive a 75% refund of your deposit.
Cancel after 14 days, up until 10 August 2026
You receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
Cancel after 10 August 2026 (once your full balance has been paid) At this point, all payments are non-refundable. However, we don’t want you to lose everything — instead, you receive a credit for the full amount paid, which can be used toward a future Reterria retreat within 12 months. This credit is personal to you and cannot be transferred to someone else.
If Reterria has to cancel
In the rare event that we need to cancel the retreat — due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen circumstances, or anything outside our control — every guest will receive a full refund of all money paid, or the option to transfer their full payment to a future retreat date, whichever you prefer.
Travel insurance
Because horse riding and physical activity are part of this retreat, we strongly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance before arrival, specifically covering Equestrian activities and Pilates. Reterria cannot be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, illness, injury, or any personal circumstances that prevent you from attending.
